Youth Empowerment & Skill Building
Strong ability to engage, mentor, and train young individuals to become responsible, skilled, and confident contributors to society.
Pathways for Purpose by Tengbang Sintha Foundation (TSF) founded by Khaidem Nongpoknganba is a youth-led nonprofit rebuilding pathways of learning, healing, and livelihood reintegration for underserved and crisis-affected children in Manipur. Through life skills education, literacy programs, next-generation skill training, awareness initiatives, and volunteer-driven mentoring, it enables young people to become self-reliant, resilient, and community-oriented.
Every child in Manipur learns, heals, and earns with dignity supported by a community rooted in peace and awareness.
PY4P builds connected systems of education, mentorship, and livelihood, enabling crisis affected children and youth to grow self-reliant, and rooted in peace.
Through Companion Connect, we provide phone-based mentor-mentee relationships that offer consistent emotional support and guidance to displaced youth. Every intervention is underpinned by a secure, database that tracks child progress over time to prevent school dropout and digital exclusion.
We move beyond short-term relief by building structured ecosystems for youth development through institutional integration and life-skills education.
Strong ability to engage, mentor, and train young individuals to become responsible, skilled, and confident contributors to society.
Expertise in designing and implementing grassroots programs that uplift vulnerable families and promote social harmony across Manipur.
Rapid mobilisation of volunteers and resources during crises such as floods, conflicts, and emergencies to provide timely relief.
Ability to attract, train, and manage dedicated volunteers who lead various social activities and outreach missions.
Expanding from a single flagship program to an integrated "scale-stage" model, we successfully reached over 400 crisis-affected children across four districts in Manipur. This year marked our transition into the NSRCEL incubation phase from the Eivolve Incubation, focusing on data-driven OKRs and the launch of the Companion Connect telementoring program.
Shifting focus toward long-term sustainability, we are launching pilot pathways touching more young lives in depth.
