Our Approach

Ethical Telementoring

Through Companion Connect, we provide phone-based mentor-mentee relationships that offer consistent emotional support and guidance to displaced youth. Every intervention is underpinned by a secure, database that tracks child progress over time to prevent school dropout and digital exclusion.

Our journey so far

2025

Founding

Expanding from a single flagship program to an integrated "scale-stage" model, we successfully reached over 400 crisis-affected children across four districts in Manipur. This year marked our transition into the NSRCEL incubation phase from the Eivolve Incubation, focusing on data-driven OKRs and the launch of the Companion Connect telementoring program.

2026

Innovation

Shifting focus toward long-term sustainability, we are launching pilot pathways touching more young lives in depth.
