Conflict and displacement in Manipur have disrupted children’s education, weakened psychosocial wellbeing, and reduced opportunities for vulnerable groups; especially women, youth, and persons with disabilities. These gaps limit long-term community stability, workforce readiness, and equitable access to growth. At the same time, local strengths such as cultural knowledge, youth leadership, and social networks remain underutilized. There is a clear opportunity to rebuild systems that enable quality learning, emotional resilience, gender equity, inclusion, and sustainable livelihoods. By addressing these interconnected challenges through collaborative action, stakeholders can help unlock human potential, strengthen community resilience, and create pathways to a more equitable and thriving future.
