Theory of Change
Pathways of change
In crisis, children face a high risk of school dropout, substance use, and digital exclusion due to the collapse of social and educational infrastructure. PY4P bridges this gap by transitioning children and adolescents from short-term relief to long-term developmental success through a connected ecosystem of life-skills training, foundational literacy, and phone-based mentorship.
By providing consistent guidance from trained mentors and tracking individual progress, we ensure that every adolescent has a clear pathway toward education, livelihood, and civic participation. Our theory is built on the belief that structured, ethical intervention at the community level transforms vulnerable trajectories into resilient futures.
