Companion Connect

Companion Connect is a child mentoring and psychosocial support program that connects vulnerable children with trained youth volunteers through safe, guided phone conversations. Each call promotes emotional resilience, positive behaviour, and continuity in learning, while a secure digital system tracks wellbeing and engagement. Designed to be simple, scalable, and community-driven, Companion Connect ensures every child has access to trusted support, anywhere, anytime.

Impact & Results

Companion Connect is improving child wellbeing in conflict-affected communities by offering consistent emotional support through trained youth mentors. Regular check-ins help children build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and stay connected to school and community life. The program’s structured mentoring model identifies risks early, ensures timely support, and delivers measurable improvements in resilience, communication, and overall mental wellbeing—creating a reliable safety net for vulnerable adolescents.
